Data protection notice

We take the protection of your personal data very seriously, especially when you make contact with us over the internet. We are therefore committed to protecting your private life. The legal provisions providing this protection are the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG), the Teleservices Data Protection Act (TDDSG) and the Teleservices Act (TDG).

You are entitled to access personal data pertaining to you. Personal data includes your name, your address, your e-mail address and your telephone number. Please note that a certain amount of personal data is required in order to process your query. If you send us personal data, we will use this data exclusively for the purpose of handling your query. We will not sell on or entrust your personal data to third parties or otherwise distribute it. You may request information about personal data saved concerning you, or request that it be deleted, at any time.

We use data networks protected by firewalls. The information transferred is not however encoded.

We reserve the right to modify this data protection notice at any time in accordance with the legal provisions on data protection.

Every time a user visits a page on this website and every time a file is retrieved, data about this event is saved in a log file. The following specific data is saved during every retrieval: name of the file retrieved, date and time of the retrieval, quantity of data transferred, message, whether the retrieval was successful and IP address of the computer from which the query was sent. The data saved is used purely for statistical purposes. No data is passed on to third parties.  Whenever you are asked for any personal information during your use of our services, providing this information is voluntary. Your personal data is saved and processed in accordance with German data protection provisions. The personal data gathered via this website is used to process your orders and handle your queries. Your data will furthermore not be transferred to third parties. Your data will not be processed and used for consulting, advertising or market research purposes.

This website uses Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. (‘Google’). Google Analytics uses ‘cookies’ – text files saved on your computer that make it possible to analyse the use you make of this website. The information generated by the cookies on your usage of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to a Google server in the USA and saved there. Google will use this information in order to evaluate your use of the website, to draw up reports on website activity for the webmaster and to perform additional services connected with use of this website and of the internet.
