MCS also works abroad with partners who secure the support and sales of laboratory and clinical systems. This means that the complete range of software and services in this area are locally managed, installed and services, including first-level support, effected by our contract partners. MCS continuously trains our qualified partners and is also always available for second-level support.
MCS has its own subsidiaries in Switzerland and the Czech Republic who are responsible there for both the sales and installation of systems. The complete service for the systems is independently executed locally.
The local subsidiaries and partners offer the whole MCS range of services right up to product training in the local language. As is evident, the variety and completeness of service of these subsidiaries and partners make them a valuable asset as starting blocks for activities in the markets of the bordering countries.

MCS in Switzerland
Our team in Switzerland consists of high-level specialists in project management, technology and support. Their expert knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system guarantees the continuous development of our software solutions.
MCS in Austria
The team from MCS Vienna has supported users of MCS laboratory systems for over 13 years. Over 18 installations partly with around 20 locations have been realized so far. The Austrian subsidiary has also played a major role in the European expansion of MCS; successful acquisitions in Slovakia, The Czech Republic and Hungary have been initiated and actioned for many years through Vienna. So far, over 40 locations have been equipped through our Austrian operation.
MCS in the Czech Republic
The MCS Medical Software Systems CZ s.r.o. is headquartered in Prague and is the centre of activity in the Czech Republic. The MCS CNS s.r.o. in Melnik is specialised in the development and sales of microbiology solutions.
International Partnerships
The Mediphos group is a provider of laboratory diagnostics in human and veterinarian medicine. With its own business area "Mediphos Point of Care", the Mediphos Medical Supplies BV subsidiary focuses on the marketing of medical devices and tests for Point-of-Care-Testing. Mediphos has been a sales partner for the MCS-POCT product since 2009.
