Rudolf Kögel was appointed to the MCS AG board of directors on 1 January 2007. An MBA graduate, he has worked in healthcare since 1988, first in the pharmaceutical wholesale business and from 1992 to the end of 2006 he was the managing director of a company marketing inventory management systems for pharmacies. Rudolf Kögel has extensive knowledge of MCS, thanks to his position on the company’s supervisory board, which he chaired until recently.

In accordance with § 95 of the German Companies Act in combination with § 8(1) of the company’s articles of association, the supervisory board is composed of three members. Two of these members are elected by the annual general meeting and one member by the employees, in accordance with the provisions of the Co-determination Act 1976.
